Kardamyli is only 5 minutes away down the hill by car or a short walk down the hill in front of the Agia Sofia church. The village of Agia Sofia has several permanent residents including the owners of this property and they are willing to manage holiday rentals if the buyer wishes to let the house when they are not there. There will also be a small maisonette built below the owners' house and this could be available for a very small rental for the buyers' friends and family.
